Tropical Precast is dedicated to the planning, design and fabrication of precast concrete structural elements such as walls, risers, beams, columns, cantilever retaining walls and wheel-stops for commercial and industrial buildings.

Precast concrete wall panels can be an attractive and economical solution to your retail, commercial or industrial building wall needs. Precast concrete wall panels are available in a wide variety of attractive finishes. Because precast panels are cast face down, the possibilities for form liners, reveals, and other features are extensive, such as:

These Panels are available in custom widths up to 12'-0". Of course, greater savings are realized through optimal repetition of pieces. Precast concrete wall panels are made custom to length as required by the project up to the maximum handling length. Maximum precast wall lengths are affected by the structural load carried by each wall panel.

All openings in precast wall panels are plant cast to the required size and location. Panels are engineered to handle the openings.

Precast concrete risers are a cost-effective solution for the sitting areas in coliseums, basketball courts, baseball parks, etc… Tropical Precast produces two types of risers: single and double stair.

Precast/Preststressed concrete beams and columns are prefabricated in accordance to each customers needs. When long clear spans are needed in order to have large open spaces the use of precast/prestressed concrete beams is recommended. In addition, this system provides higher quality controls and decreases construction time when compared with conventional construction techniques.

Precast Building (Columns, Beams and Floors)

Precast concrete retaining walls are a fast, economic and reliable way to earth retention. This system consists of a prefabricated wall and a two stage concrete purring foundation. First, a part of the foundation is cast with special connections for the precast wall. Then, the prefabricated wall is installed on the foundation and finally the second part of the foundation is purred.

Concrete wheel-stops can be produced in large quantities in order to provide them to large parking areas or structures.
